Our Team Diagnostic is a half day intensive, inside a 30 day support container for busy business owners who want a clear path to getting out of the business day to day – and who want to have the best team for them that is autonomous, self sufficient, and high performing.

Together we are going to look at your team holistically to figure out what is going on and see how we can get it running like a well oiled machine and move you from business operator to owner. 

Lauren is your advisor, your right hand – a neutral third party here to help you figure this out and get to the real root causes of what is keep you stuck in the trenches and feeling like it is all on you, even if you have a team.

At the end of our time together you are going to have absolute clarity on who you have, their strengths/weaknesses, and who you need to get you where you want to go.

How it works:

Part 1:

It starts with a full team assessment so we can really see what’s going on in the team.

Get absolutely clarity on who you have on the team and their strengths/ weaknesses, and innate talents to make sure you have the right butts in the right seats, and if you don’t what the gaps are.

Part 2:

  • Next we do a comprehensive CEO assessment to determine what the best team for YOU is.
    • No cookie cutters here, we are going to look at your unique CEO profile (there are 8 different profiles you could be) and how it compares to the team you have, vs the best team for you. 
    • Diving deeper into the team you have to see how we can get the most out of them, and more importantly determine what team gaps exist that are keeping you stuck in the weeds
  • Lastly, we look at what you need to successful transition out of the trenches and into CEO by seeing what you can 
    • Delegate
    • Automate
    • Improve/optimize
    • Keep/prioritize

Part 4: R & R (Results and Recommendations)

  • Now that we have all the diagnostic data from our time together, now it is time to actually put it to good use. Data is just information if it doesn’t come with an implementation plan, right? Right!
  • We sit down and review what we have found and break it down into 3-4 top priorities that will make the biggest difference in your team and business NOW. 
  • Then we break it out into a plan that you and your team can implement over the coming days/weeks*
    • *This meeting can be 1:1 with me but what I love to do is bring in your second in command to be part of this conversation so they can help you implement and you do not need to play telephone!*
