I’m interrupting my regularly scheduled business blog to talk about something that to this day makes me very uncomfortable…celebrating wins. I don’t know what exactly it is but it just makes me want to vomit. 🤢
This phenomenon also makes me curious if I am the only one that struggles to shout from the rooftops when something great happens.

For instance…
Stopping a $250k/month coronary bleed in a client’s business. That’s a $2M combined win that I have talked about maybe only a handful of times.
15% bump in profitability by addressing one friction point in the business. Another win that probably has only been seen in a few of my signature talks.
$150,000k in top line expense reduction in 10 days. Again, another win that I probably shared only once.
A client being able to take a break from their business to actually be with their family after 5 years, that’s another big win that I swept under the rug.
10 years in business… then 12 this past January, both passed without a peep.
And today I was tempted to let another milestone just glide on by until I heard my business coach Hillary’s voice in my head saying “you get to celebrate this!”
So today I am celebrating a milestone that only 21% of people achieve… My 50th episode on The Biz Doctor Podcast!
It was tempting for me to skip this milestone because I’ve made some missteps, it’s not perfect, la la la, you know the drill, but dang it, I’ve sat on this long enough – no more secret launches!
I am pretty proud of what we have built and the feedback I get about how each episode supports and impacts my fellow business owners…
So today we celebrate!
