Diagnostic Deep Dive is a half day intensive inside a 45 day support container for busy business owners who want a clear path to getting out of the business day to day – and who want to know what revenue cliffs, concentrated risks, and gaps in the business and your team that are preventing sustainable scaling and growth – and more importantly how to get out from under your business.

Together we are going to look at your business holistically to figure out what is going on and see how we can get it running like a well oiled machine and move you from business operator to visionary owner. 

Lauren is your advisor, your right hand – a neutral third party here to help you figure this out and get to the real root causes of what is keep you stuck in the trenches and feeling like it is all on you.

Together, we are going to equip you with a full plan to move forward and build a bridge between where you are and where you want to go!

We’ll give you tools to balance making these changes with your busy schedule and create a business you love again – and one that can grow without you at the helm 24/7.

How it works:

Part 1:

It starts with a full business diagnostic so we can really see what’s going on in the body of your business – we go through our proven 3 P framework:

  • People (team)
  • Process (ops)
  • Profit (financials)

We look at the whole business for maximum clarity and effectiveness to have positive ripple effects in the business as a whole, not in a silo.

We dig deeper to see concentrated risks, revenue cliffs, and friction points that are present in the business and team that are leaking time, team, and profits – ultimately standing in the way of you elevating out of the trenches and the business sustainably scaling.

Part 2:
  • Next we do a comprehensive CEO profile assessment to determine what the best team for YOU is.
    • No cookie cutters here, we are going to look at your unique CEO profile and look at the team you have to see how we can get the most out of them and more importantly determine what team gaps exist that are keeping you stuck in the weeds
  • Lastly, we look at what you need to successful transition out of the trenches and into CEO by seeing what you can 
    • Delegate
    • Automate
    • Improve/optimize
    • Keep/prioritize

Part 3: Full team diagnostic + 1:1s with top leaders

This is one of the most valuable parts of our diagnostic.

Lauren will talk 1:1 with your leaders to see if what they see as working/not working and what you see align.

Part 4: R & R (Results and Recommendations)
  • Now that we have all the diagnostic data from our time together, now it is time to actually put it to good use. Data is just information if it doesn’t come with an implementation plan, right? Right!
  • We sit down and review what we have found and break it down into 3-4 top priorities that will make the biggest difference in your business NOW. 
  • Then we break it out into a plan that you and your team can implement over the coming days/weeks*
    • *This meeting can be 1:1 with me but what I love to do is bring in your second in command to be part of this conversation so they can help you implement and you do not need to play telephone!*
