The CEO Strategy Session is 90-120 minute 1:1 session with Lauren Goldstein for early stage business owners who want clarity who they need on their team to help them grow the business as simple, efficiently, and profitably as possible.

Part 1: What type of CEO/Business Owners are you?
By using a proven profiling test called Wealth Dynamics we will determine your unique CEO Profile so that you can create the type of team structure that fits your unique skills to help support building a sustainable business – and have the ability to let go of some of the things on your to-do list – in the most simple and efficient way.
Part 2: Diving deeper into who you are
- What your natural strengths are as a leader
- What that means for how you can be most successful in your business
- What gets you out of “flow” and creates frustration so we can get you out of that eddy
- How you compare to your team and the gaps that are present
- If the team you have is the one you need to really get out of the trenches.
